    hi gemma thanks for the respon, i want to ask again but it is out of content, i tried to make mango glaze for my donut, i blend the mango pure with powdered sugar, the result i want is a solid yellow toppings, but it end up clear, so the color is not come up. why should i do, should I use white chocolate and mix it with mango puree instead? pls respons and help me, thankssss so much.

    Hi, I tried to follow everything on your 2 videos but when I cooked my pastry it did not turn out puffy. Could you advice me on what I did wrong. I notice when I was rolling out the pastry for baking, the butter on my dough was not visible as on your doughy.

  34. I'm into making atta I.e. whole wheat flour dress off the grinding mill in my recipient. what should I look out for . made a batch of Savory stuff not flakey. needs higher temperatures same time . wasn't flakey or risen. but awesome flavour. should the pastry have been at room temp?.
