Chocolate Moist Cake Recipe – Turkish Style Wet Cake



In this video you will learn how to make Turkish Style Moist Cake.It is a very delicious recipe.Let’s get started,first of all;break 3 eggs in a bowl and add sugar,keep mixing.Add the cocoa,baking powder vanilla sugar,vegetable oil and milk .Beat it with adding gradually the flour.Once the batter gets thicker,grease the baking sheet and pour the batter.Firstly bake at 200C(400F) for 10 mins and then decrease the oven temperature to 180C(360F)and bake again for 15 mins.Totally for 25 mins.While its baking in oven,make whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
For the whipped cream;Pour a cup of cold water in a large bowl add 1 package of whipped cream,beat it until it gets thicker.
For the chocolate sauce;pour 1 cup of sugar in pot for the chocolate sauce;add in 2 tbsp of cocoa,2 tbsp of flour and 5 tbsp of sugar,1 cup of water and cook it.Add the bitter chocolate to the cooked sauce.
Pour 2 cups of milk over the cooled down cake.Once the cake cools down completely,spread evenly the whipped cream.And then pour the chocolate sauce.Keep it in the fridge for 2 hours and it is ready to serve,enjoy!
Ingredients
2 Cups of Flour
1 Cup of Sugar
3 eggs
5 Tbsp of Cocoa
1 Pck Baking Powder
1 Pck Vanilla Sugar
1/2 Cup of Vegetable Oil
4 1/2 Cups of Milk
1 Cup of Water
5 Tbsp of Sugar
1/2 Bar of Chocolate(40g/1.4 oz)
2 Tbsp of Flour
1 pck of Whipped Cream

  7. Why tf do you have "1/2 cup milk" in the video but "4 1/2 cup milk" in the description. I followed the description box and now my ingredients are wasted. If you want to upload a recipe, learn to do it properly or not at all
