Sponge cake is the perfect start! Light and airy with a touch of decadence, sponge cakes are simple to make in just a few steps.

INGREDIENTS :
Oil / Butter – 250 Grams
Sugar – 250 Grams
Eggs – 4
Vanilla Flavour – 2 tsp
Flour – 250 Grams
Baking Powder – 3 tsp
Milk – Half Cup

Method :
1: Put oil or butter into your mixing bowl.
2: Add sugar and mix it well.
3: Add eggs one by one until well blend.
4: Add vanilla flavour.
5: Now add 2/3 flour and add baking powder in the rest of flour.
6: Now add half of milk.
7: Add rest of the flour and then add the remaining milk.
Note : Don’t mix it too much
8: Now pour the material into your baking mould.
9: Preheat your oven to 140° C and bake it for about 50 minutes or until you get your toothpick clean after putting in cake.

Serve your cake with a hot cup to tea. Enjoy
