    Is it better when folded and rolled a lot, or is there a limit to how many times it should be folded and rolled out which might change results?

    Mirka, I realize English is not your first language, it may not even be your second. Just a friendly tip: the word dough is pronounced "doe". English is a very strange language and the "g" is silent here.
